Job summary

Burger King franchise in Houston is seeking an engaged leader to join our team and help drive guest satisfaction through service excellence. This role focuses on developing leaders among staff, delivering memorable guest experiences, and balancing high service quality with financial goals.

You will train new team members, lead motivating huddles, and coach for consistent brand standards while maintaining a welcoming, clean restaurant and high product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
