Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service. The role collaborates with the District Manager and team to maintain high standards and a clean, inviting dining area.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented and able to lead in a fast-paced setting, with prior ASM experience and a HS diploma or equivalent. Training and development are provided to grow managerial skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced team and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training and team development.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Help maintain financial controls and drive excellent guest experiences.
