Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Create and manage staff schedules in line with company standards and local law.
• Coach and develop team members to hit quarterly goals and service standards.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout hours of operation.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate with General Manager.
