Summary
An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager (RM), Shift Leaders, and Team. They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include overseeing floor operations and Brand Training programs, providing strong leadership to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and supporting profitable sales growth of a single restaurant. They assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates according to standards, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
