Responsibilities

• Complete training including development plans and certifications
• Enhance guest experiences and ensure team training and development
• Create schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise team performance
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle guest and team concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and perform other operational duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Open availability, with 5+ days and 32-48 hours/week
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, 1-3 years management experience
• Restaurant management experience preferred
