Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety, and Manager Certification
2. Enhancing guest experiences and ensuring team proper training
3. Creating work schedules and delegating shift assignments
4. Supervising, coaching, and leading team members to meet goals
5. Maintaining service, quality, cleanliness standards
6. Handling performance reviews, team development, and fostering a positive culture
7. Managing guest and team concerns, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
8. Utilizing management tools and maintaining accurate records
9. Other operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation
• Open availability, able to work 5+ days, 32-48 hours/week, including nights, weekends, holidays
• Background check clearance
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, 1-3 years management experience, restaurant management preferred

Capability Requirements:

• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment
• Effective communication skills, ability to work in varied temperature environments
