QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team with energy and a focus on delivering great food and vibes. Thrive Restaurant Group backs the role, offering opportunities to grow within a people-first culture.

Responsibilities include guiding the crew during shifts, coaching teammates, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays are included.

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Flexible with nights, weekends and holidays.
