Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Apex, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during busy shifts, keep guests smiling, and model outstanding service.

You'll train and coach crew, assist with inventory and cash handling, and jump in anywhere—register, grill, line, or prep—while prioritizing safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail settings.
• Strong communication and ability to work with a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high guest expectations.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when GM/AM are not on site.
• Guide staff through fast-paced shifts and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Support training and coaching of crew members daily.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and operational tasks.
• Fill in wherever needed—register, grill, line, or prep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running restaurant.
