A Day In The Life

The Assistant Managerserves at the forefront of customer service and hospitality for Via 313. TheFloor Manager is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales,and profit objectives and supervising and directing restaurant staff in daily workactivities. In addition, as an Assistant Manager, one must assist the GeneralManager with restaurant operations while maintaining cheerful customer andpublic relations within the community.
