The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Typical responsibilities for our Assistant Restaurant Managers include:

• Managing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Greeting customers and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Following all safety procedures.

• Modeling and enforcing operational and quality standards.
• Creating smiles!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• Ability to perform all essential job duties, including standing/walking for 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Ability to manage team members and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Computer skills including MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management.
