Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You’ll step in when leadership isn’t on deck, guide staff, and keep operations running smoothly in a vibrant, people-first environment.

You’ll coach team members, assist with inventory and cash handling, and jump in wherever needed—from register to grill—while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers room to grow within Thrive Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hustle.
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure.
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included).
• You’re all about delivering great food and great vibes.
