Summary
An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager (RM), Shift Leaders, and Team, performing all duties in the RM's absence. Their primary responsibilities include managing floor operations and overseeing Brand Training programs. They provide strong leadership to ensure excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, and contribute to profitable sales growth of a single restaurant. They support the overall restaurant operations in accordance with standards, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
