Join to apply for the Restaurant Assistant Manager role at Chopt Creative Salad Company.

Hours per week: 40 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs).

We expect our Assistant Managers to support the restaurant & General Manager by:

  • Fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Prioritizing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
  • Training and coaching hourly staff to develop talent.
  • Assisting in identifying and developing trainers.
  • Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ensuring safe working conditions to prevent injuries.
  • Representing and protecting the CHOPT brand.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
  • ServSafe certification and any required local food safety certifications.
  • Clear communication skills with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency with computers or tablets.
  • Manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
