Job summary

DiBella’s is seeking an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced crew, ensure friendly service, and uphold quality standards during every shift. No fryers, no alcohol service, and no late nights or overnight shifts are part of the schedule.

You will train staff, supervise subs preparation, manage the register, scheduling, and daily operations while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage crew efficiently.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant crew during shifts with a focus on guest service.
• Make subs and assist with daily food prep.
• Run the register, handle cash and closeout duties at shift end.
• Schedule staff and delegate shift duties to ensure smooth operations.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holiday's
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
