Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee service standards, coach FOH managers, and help optimize labor, purchasing, and cost controls.

In this role you will drive revenue through guest engagement and events, contribute to budgeting and strategic planning with the GM, and ensure food quality and safety are

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with team development and operational management.
• Strong understanding of labor, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of POS, inventory, and restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently elevated service.
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH teams and managers.
• Manage labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• Drive revenue through guest engagement, events, and large-party business.
• Partner with the GM on P&L performance, budgeting, and operational strategy.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards are consistently maintained.
