Responsibilities

• Shift preparation including labor planning and crew positioning.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality food production.
• Monitor safety, inventory, profitability, and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead departments (Kitchen, People, Guest Service or Technology).
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and retain employees; discipline when necessary.
• Set the example in appearance, attitude, and dependability.
• Develop and train crew and hourly management.
• Manage profit and loss line items to deliver results.
