Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service with a smile.
• Lead the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routines and support the RGM.
