Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Camden, SC. This role leads daily operations, trains staff, and drives guest satisfaction while maintaining Sonic standards and brand integrity.

You’ll oversee inventory, food safety, cash handling, and coordination with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives. Availability to close two nights weekly and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
