Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Winnsboro, SC to lead daily operations and uphold brand standards.

You’ll mentor team members, manage scheduling, handle inventory and guest issues, and partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve guest issues promptly.
