Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an energetic Restaurant Assistant General Manager to supervise Front of House and Kitchen activities in a fast-paced casual dining environment. You will oversee guest services, ensure high quality food preparation, and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction.

You will create and adjust staff schedules, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading a team in a casual dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• No more than two jobs in 5 years.
