Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and coach a high-performing restaurant team within a respected group.

You will drive food safety, quality, and guest service while optimizing inventory, labor, and costs; there are abundant opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing operational data to improve performance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
