Red Robin International, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner and lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on hospitality and excellence.

This role acts as the second in charge, upholding standards, managing cost centers, and delivering an outstanding guest and team experience. The position includes an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, meal benefits, and paid time off, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a dedicated team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as state/local law requires.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook & Word.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: 60,500.00 - 77,550.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.

Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements) : Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.
