Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations and an unwavering commitment to hospitality and excellence.

As a Brand ambassador and true second in command, you uphold company standards, oversee cost centers, and create an unparalleled guest and team member experience. You will be a culture champion, drive continuous improvement, and lead a passionate team with strong leadership and P&L knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Preferred knowledge of local and State health codes.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
• Experience managing a team.

Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.

• Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements): Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.
