Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner and lead day-to-day operations with a dedication to hospitality and quality. You will uphold brand standards, manage cost centers, and ensure an exceptional guest and team experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and P&L knowledge, and offer open availability.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership; motivate and develop a team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as state/local law.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook & Word.

Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
