Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager has accountability for the successful operation, growth and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through the execution of People, Sales, Profit.

People

PRIMARY DUTIES: Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team, utilizing internal development processes, performance management, and internal systems to meet operational standards, team performance, and financial goals.

Sales

Works with the General Manager to build community relationships, enhance brand awareness, and execute marketing plans to increase sales both in-house and off-premises.

Profit

Helps maximize restaurant profitability by maintaining effective management practices, controls, and safety policies, ensuring efficiency and a secure environment for guests, team members, and investors.

Qualifications

Work environment involves typical restaurant conditions, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moderate noise.
