Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead guest service and food quality, supervising FOH and BOH teams. You will drive performance, cost control, and staff development to deliver a top-tier dining experience.

Candidates should have 3+ years in hospitality management, experience with Aloha/Toast, strong math/reporting skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $60k–$65k, DOE.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Start at $60k to $65k per year, based on experience.

In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.
