Red Robin in Schererville, IN is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations and an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead a passionate team, uphold brand standards, manage cost centers with strong P&L knowledge, and act as a culture champion dedicated to hospitality and service. Eligible for uncapped bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.

• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.

Restaurant Assistant General ManagerCompensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members.
