Job Function: Join the Goodstone Team and grow in a culture of excellence! The Restaurant and Banquet Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service, staff coordination, and high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. This role also leads banquet execution—managing service, setup, and guest satisfaction—while acting as the key liaison between the kitchen, front-of-house, and event planners. Supports the F&B Manager in achieving business goals and delivering an exceptional dining experience and all events.
Job Summary/Core Values: Assist the F&B manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations, including the coordination and execution of banquet services, while upholding the property’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
