Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO), an innovative non-profit, has an opening for a Customer Service Supervisor position. This role is home-based with travel to 6 PA CareerLink sites in the Central Region Workforce Development Area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing daily oversight of the Adult/Dislocated Worker Program.
2. Supervising staff and ensuring program services are delivered in compliance with federal, state, and local policies.
3. Monitoring program performance and overseeing service delivery.

Qualifications:
