Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a hands-on leader for the Deepgram For Restaurants initiative. You will own end-to-end AI deployments at customer sites, connecting customers with our product and restaurant teams to deliver magic at scale.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of daily interactions, translating field insights into requirements that drive expansion.

• Strong ability to manage corporate relationships and de-escalate issues.
• Curiosity and operational empathy; enjoys field visits to understand the magic happening in-store.
• PM mindset; engineers may view you as a product manager in practice.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers' business and Deepgram’s offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of interactions daily.
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise stakeholders and ensure flawless delivery of complex AI solutions across deployments.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback from live deployments.
• Translate field insights into actionable product requirements for eng/AI teams.
• Help define ROI metrics that drive large expansion deals.
