Job summary

Deepgram For Restaurants is hiring to own end-to-end AI deployments for enterprise customers, aligning corporate teams with in-store staff and the Deepgram product suite. You will drive QSR and retail-focused AI initiatives, ensuring deployments deliver measurable value and scale across logos.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll ship AI agents, monitor adoption, and translate field insights into concrete product requirements, shaping ROI for expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing instincts for corporate relationships and issue avoidance.
• Deep curiosity and operational empathy, especially in-store interactions.
• Not a pure product management role, but a product-management mindset is expected by engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our customers' business and become an expert on Deepgram’s product offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of interactions daily.
• Serve as the primary contact for large enterprise stakeholders and ensure flawless delivery of complex AI solutions across deployments.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback from live deployments.
• Translate field insights into actionable product requirements for eng/AI teams.
• Help define and refine ROI metrics that drive large expansion deals.
