Eylan in Menlo Park, the third restaurant from the Cal-Indian Hospitality Group, seeks a seasoned AGM to join our management team and execute the vision of Chef Srijith Gopinathan and Restaurateur Ayesha Thapar.

The AGM will oversee daily operations, guide service training, manage budgets and collaborate with the GM on inventory, vendor relations and quality control, all while maintaining our hospitality standards.

Competenze

• Experience as a restaurant or hospitality manager (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of COGS, labor costs and P&L interpretation.
• Proven success in service training and team mentoring.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in full-service dining; Michelin or James Beard familiarity preferred.
• WSET 2 Certification or equivalent experience.
