Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage shifts, uphold food quality, service standards and safety, and coach teams toward excellence. You will collaborate with the GM on financial performance, staffing, and operational initiatives.

The role rewards high energy, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in full-service ops and a drive to advance into GM roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Hungry to grow into a General Manager seat and willing to earn it.
• A coach first: you make the people around you better.
• Organized, candid, and calm under pressure.
• You don't settle for "satisfactory to most." You work for a memorable experience every shift.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls.
• Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives.
• Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people.
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan.
• Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales.
• Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door.
