Job summary

Level99 Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join its Food & Beverage leadership team. You will champion guest experiences, mentor staff, and have primary responsibility for managing the beverage program while coordinating with Culinary, Event Sales, and Entertainment to ensure seamless daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced setting, a high-energy attitude, and a commitment to food safety and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Restaurant or Event Operations Manager in a high-volume entertainment and/or F&B.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead teams.
• Proficient with new operational technology.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Onsite 5 days/week averaging 9 hours/day, with seasonal increases.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage program, inventory, smallwares, ordering, and training.
• Schedule, train, and develop servers and support staff.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with entertainment team to support on-floor operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Brew Hall and Taproom offerings and menus.
• Drive operational execution, shift routines, and facility maintenance.
• Engage guests and cultivate regulars; manage guest communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
