Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-volume casual dining concept in Cranberry Township. You will lead a busy, team-oriented operation, drive exceptional guest experiences, and balance guest satisfaction with strong financial performance on the floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, recruiting and developing hourly staff, and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance across all restaurant functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and restaurant financials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
