Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is hiring Attendants to help keep a Safety Rest Area in Augusta, GA clean, safe, and welcoming. You will perform restroom and building care, grounds maintenance, and parking lot upkeep, with snow removal in winter.

The role emphasizes safety and teamwork under the Site Supervisor. Competitive benefits exist. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
• Current, valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, fixtures, mirrors, and countertops.
• Keep paper towel, soap, and other dispensers stocked.
• Sweep and mop support rooms, vacuum carpets, and strip and wax floors.
• Clean windows, dust desks and surfaces, and empty trash containers.
• Handle light building maintenance, such as replacing bulbs and painting as needed.
• Maintain grounds: mulching, shrub trimming, and planting.
• Sweep parking lots and sidewalks, repair cracks and holes, paint lines, and maintain signs.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt to keep walkways safe.
