Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance, grounds maintenance, or facilities management.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and train others on essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule rest area maintenance staff.
• Inspect rest areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate custodial services, snow/ice removal, and building maintenance.
• Monitor restroom sanitation and replenish supplies.
• Inspect lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems; arrange repairs as needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Order supplies and monitor inventory.
• Respond to emergencies, accidents, vandalism, and weather incidents.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance for facilities.
• Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
