U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF) seeks dependable attendants for a Safety Rest Area in Lavonia, GA. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and grounds tasks inside and outside the facility, under the Site Supervisor, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for travelers.

This role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and ability to work overtime, including weekends. Join a team that takes pride in safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
• Current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (bulbs, painting) as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team under supervision.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming rest area for travelers.
