Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant

Shift Requirement

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SATURDAY 7:00AM - 3:00PM AND SUNDAY 3:00PM - 11:00PM SHIFTS

Responsibilities

1. General Maintenance:
   • Grounds Maintenance
   • Solid Waste Removal
   • Trash and recycling removal
   • Parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, including snow removal and ice melt application
   • Flower beds, picnic areas, and grill cleaning
   • Building interior maintenance, including light bulb replacement and other needs
2. Janitorial duties:
   • Cleaning support rooms, lobbies, common areas, and support facilities
   • Cleaning fixtures, windows, and surfaces
   • Vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting sinks, toilets, and kitchen areas
   • Floor stripping and waxing
   • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
• Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy
• Preferred: prior janitorial experience

Compensation

$12.00 per hour
