Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a regulated context or related field.
3+ years in Responsible Gaming, gaming compliance, or player protection preferred.
Solid knowledge of Responsible Gaming principles, self-exclusion programs, and player resources.
Experience handling sensitive player situations with integrity, empathy, and discretion.
Strong analytical skills to assess player behaviors and trends.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support Responsible Gaming policies and controls.
Monitor player activity for indicators of problematic behavior.
Conduct Responsible Gaming evaluations and interventions as per procedures.
Assist players with information on Responsible Gaming tools, limits, and self-exclusion.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, and Product to advance Responsible Gaming initiatives.
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of cases and safeguards.
