Aristocrat is seeking a Responsible Gaming Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor policies that protect players across iLottery and iGaming operations. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Service to advance responsible gaming initiatives and maintain high standards of player protection.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, careful decision-making, and mentoring colleagues to ensure consistent application of procedures and strong documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or regulated context.
• 3+ years in Responsible Gaming, gaming compliance, or a similar setting.
• Solid knowledge of Responsible Gaming principles and self-exclusion programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Responsible Gaming policies and controls.
• Support compliance with Responsible Gaming regulations for iLottery and iGaming.
• Monitor player activity for indicators of problematic gaming behavior.
• Perform Responsible Gaming evaluations and interventions per procedures.
• Assist players with information on Responsible Gaming tools and limits.
• Document and track Responsible Gaming cases per company guidelines.
• Support self-exclusion programs and related protections.
• Identify risk patterns and propose protections improvements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
