Job summary

Accenture plc in Illinois seeks an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to develop and evaluate machine learning models with a strong emphasis on fairness, transparency and privacy. You will engage with clients, help shape proposals, and maintain reliable AI systems that meet ethical standards.

You should have 3+ years of ML experience and strong coding in Python, R or Java, plus hands-on use of ML frameworks and cloud platforms. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and evaluating ML models and AI solutions.
• Experience across statistics, ML methods and NLP/CV as applicable.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models and solutions with an emphasis on ethics and responsibility.
• Assess and apply RAI dimensions such as fairness, transparency, explainability and privacy.
• Support client sales conversations and proposals.
• Maintain and improve AI systems with performance and ethical standards.
• Contribute to AI development guidelines and technical training.
