Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead production-grade AI and agentic systems with governance, fairness, safety, and compliant by design. You will guide architecture, and lead onshore and offshore delivery teams to scale responsible AI across the enterprise.

You will own AI risk, run model risk assessments and safety evaluations, mentor large teams, and shape client solutions while contributing to sales and roadmap. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including architecture and technical leadership.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI, agentic AI, or data science platforms in production, across major cloud and model providers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large, distributed teams, including direct experience managing both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering production-grade AI use cases end to end, with governance and risk controls built in.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, or AI ethics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with LLMOps/MLOps at scale and multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across the lifecycle with fairness, explainability, governance, and risk controls embedded into pipelines.
• Own AI risk and governance as the senior technical authority on responsible use of generative and agentic AI.
• Lead large-scale global delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations with Responsible AI checkpoints.
• Architect and build production AI and agentic systems spanning multiple model providers and cloud ecosystems.
• Set technical standards and reference architectures for LLMOps, data science workflows, security, and cost governance.
• Drive cost and security governance and embed AI governance into platform design and delivery.
• Shape responsible AI solutions and grow the business with clients and pursuit teams.
• Build organizational capability in Responsible AI through playbooks, training, and governance frameworks.
