Accenture PLC is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead production-grade AI initiatives with a focus on fairness, explainability, privacy, and safety. You will guide architecture, governance, and delivery across global teams, embedding responsible AI into every stage of development and operations.

You will manage onshore and offshore AI, data science, and engineering teams, shaping solutions for major programs and driving governance across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google).

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including architecture and technical leadership
• Minimum of 6 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI, agentic AI, or data science platforms in production
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large, distributed teams, including onshore and offshore delivery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering production-grade AI use cases end to end with governance and risk controls
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, or AI ethics including fairness, explainability, privacy, or safety evaluations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with LLMOps/MLOps at scale and multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on designing agentic AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, autonomous workflow design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

• Embed Responsible AI across the lifecycle — define and operationalize Responsible AI standards and governance within engineering and MLOps pipelines
• Own AI risk and governance — act as senior technical authority on responsible use of generative and agentic AI
• Lead large-scale, global delivery teams responsibly — mentor onshore and offshore teams delivering production-grade AI
• Architect and build production AI and agentic systems with guardrails — guide architecture across multiple providers and clouds
• Set technical standards and reference architectures for LLMOps and data science workflows
• Drive cost and security governance — establish FinOps-for-AI cost optimization and embed security controls
• Shape responsible AI solutions and grow the business — collaborate with clients and pursuit teams on AI programs
• Build organizational capability in Responsible AI — develop playbooks, training, and governance frameworks
