Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager in Responsible AI to lead production-grade AI, agentic systems, and governance across onshore and offshore teams. You will embed fairness, transparency, safety, and compliance into architectures and delivery, shaping enterprise AI programs and reference architectures.

You will oversee large, distributed teams, define standards for LLMOps and data workflows, and drive cost governance while partnering with clients to grow the business. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/AI/ML engineering or data science with architecture leadership
• 6+ years delivering enterprise AI or data science platforms in production
• 5+ years leading large distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
• 3+ years with Responsible AI, governance, risk management or ethics
• 3+ years with LLMOps/MLOps across multi-cloud

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across the lifecycle with governance, fairness, explainability, and safety.
• Own AI risk, governance, and regulatory considerations for generative/agentic AI.
• Lead global delivery teams delivering production-grade AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Architect production AI systems spanning model providers and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Define reference architectures for LLMOps, data science workflows, and cost governance.
• Drive FinOps for AI and embed security controls into platform design.
• Shape solutions with clients and contribute to Accenture sales when needed.
• Build organizational capability through playbooks, training, and governance frameworks.
