Job summary

Dŵr Cymru Cyf is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Response Pod Team in delivering a 24/7 service, handling urgent issues and ensuring safe, reliable water supply. You will respond to incidents, investigate faults, and coordinate with Operational Response and Control teams.

The role emphasizes safety, water quality, and regulatory compliance, with duties including site risk assessments, leakage checks, and recording actions in SAP and PowerApps.

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in a standby rota and shift work.
• Experience working to strict health, safety, and regulatory targets.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 response to outages and ensure delivery of services with minimal failures.
• Investigate faults, identify causes, and implement solutions quickly.
• Keep customers informed about progress and actions taken.
• Record activities in SAP, PowerApps, and other systems for auditable traceability.
• Assist with leakage detection, network maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers and contractors to ensure resources and schedules.
• Carry out water quality sampling and ensure timely lab transport.
• Participate in standby rotations and shift work with appropriate allowances.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in ready-to-deploy condition.
