You will run discovery sessions, translate customer requirements into configurations, and guide users through go‑live and stabilization. Strong SME and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation or related field.
• Demonstrated water quality or regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with software in water/wastewater or regulated utilities.
• Combines SME with hands‑on software implementation.
• Ability to translate requirements into effective software configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as water quality SME throughout customer software implementations.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, platform walkthroughs, and training.
• Understand and document customer processes related to water quality and regulatory reporting.
• Translate requirements into practical software configurations and workflows.
• Configure dashboards, reports, workflows, alerts, and user permissions.
• Review migrated data with implementation resources for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct end‑to‑end functional testing and coordinate UAT.
• Train end users on system functionality and workflows.
• Support go‑live and post‑launch stabilization.
