Job summary

The Tennessee Caregiver Coalition seeks a Training and Technology Coordinator to implement and manage the statewide Respite Care Provider Training program and oversee the Tennessee Respite Care Registry. You will recruit, train, onboard, and support paid and volunteer respite providers, ensure quality and safety, provide monthly education, and travel statewide for outreach and partnerships.

This hybrid role is based in Nashville, with a probationary full-time period and required in-office days

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or workforce development.
• Strong technology skills, including database management and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including rural and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs for paid and volunteer providers.
• Manage the Tennessee Respite Care Registry and training platform.
• Recruit, onboard, and support providers statewide.
• Collaborate with statewide partners and travel as needed.
