Charis Hearts in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dependable Recruiter / Service Coordinator to support the TennCare CHOICES Medicaid team. The role blends high-volume caregiver recruitment with weekly service coordination, requiring proactive communication with leadership, HR, and the coordination team.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening caregivers, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, onboarding coordination, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of professional experience in service coordination and/or recruiting.
• Ability and willingness to perform both caregiver recruitment and weekly service coordination responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven reliability, accountability, teamwork, and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to learn and effectively use company-specific software and digital systems.
• Strong general computer skills, including email, electronic documentation, data entry, file management, and web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously source, screen, interview, and follow up with caregivers to meet staffing needs.
• Build and maintain an active caregiver pipeline; prioritize urgent coverage.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring and onboarding progress; document applicant communications, interview outcomes, and status.
• Communicate recruiting activity, staffing gaps, and candidate availability to coordination team.
• Perform service coordination responsibilities each week, including caregiver scheduling, assignment follow-up, and coverage coordination.
• Communicate with members, caregivers, families, and service partners to support authorized services.
• Respond to callouts, scheduling changes, and service interruptions; coordinate timely solutions with leadership.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, service records, and member-related documentation.
• Collaborate with local leadership, Service Coordinators, and HR to align recruiting and operations.
• Maintain detailed, accurate recruiting and coordination records in required systems.
• Manage multiple urgent priorities with sound judgment and reliable follow-through.
