Signal Centers in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support the Shelby Site Coordinator in daily operations, staff supervision, and program initiatives. You will coach staff, provide TA to child care providers, and help build community partnerships to improve outcomes for children and families.

The role involves planning and directing work, traveling statewide, and delivering in-person training and technical assistance to adult learners, with opportunities to contribute to CCR&R

Qualifikationen

• Must have bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Three to five years of management experience required.
• Five years of experience in this or related field required.
• Experience training and coaching adult learners.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Physical examination and negative TB test on file with Signal Centers.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Willingness to travel statewide, work some nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work from a remote home environment within the state of TN.

Aufgaben

• Support the Shelby Site Coordinator in overseeing daily operations and supervising staff.
• Provide direct mentoring and coaching to staff; deliver coaching and technical assistance to providers.
• Build community partnerships and participate in CCR&R network meetings and collaborations.
• Assist with planning, staffing, and supervising ECQCs and Administrative Staff.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; onboard new ECQCs and regional coaches.
• Analyze team data to identify strengths and areas for improvement; manage and supervise staff performance.
